A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING TO BRING BACK YOUR RUG’S ORIGINAL LUSTER

We use mild detergents and a variety of techniques and processes to clean your rugs in the way best suited for its material, weave, age, and dyes. We assess every area rug individually and use hand washing and specialized equipment to address the particular cleaning needs of each rug. Our cleaning team members and equipment are ONLY meant for rugs; we are specialized in a way that your local dry cleaner is not.

For best care, we recommend cleaning your rugs every 3 years.

General Stain Removal

TARGET AND TREAT DISCOLORATION FROM SPILLS AND DEEP WEAR

Our ten step cleaning process is a rigorous deep clean that will remove most staining related to daily use, but there are some stains that require extra care. Our team will utilize its expertise in material/chemical reactions and take the best approach possible to address the particulars of your rugs material, and the stain source. Even with hard to treat stains we'll take the time to both remove the problem staining, and take restorative measures where needed.

Pet Stain Removal

SPECIALIZED ENZYME TREATMENT THAT ADDRESSES BOTH APPEARANCE AND ODOR

While other cleaners simply double wash and mask pet accident odor with fragrant cleaning supplies, we pre-wash and soak the stained rug in a specially-formulated enzyme wash that breaks down and separates the stain from the rug's fibers, removing the odor-producing stain particles. Followed up with our regular deep cleaning, the stains are gone for good, removing both the ugly stain's appearance and odor.
